Dentists and Xrays

Eyebags and dark circles, product of a very stressful year and sleep deprivation in the long term.

Went to a new dentist today. It was quite confusing trying to get there, I was sure I was in the wrong place I walked through about 4 very scary deserted corridors.
But the actual dentistry was really nicely renovated and modern.
After an initial consultation, I'm told that yes my wisdom tooth on the right side is already coming through and the gum in that area is infected. So off to radiology I went, and then I was told I had 3 wisdoms that need to removed. Oh joy of joys :(

At least I was prescribed some antibiotics and painkillers because the pain has been giving me a really restless sleep. Not to mention the fact that I generally don't sleep more than 5 or 6 hours a night, so if that sleep is broken well then it doesn't go down well.

I was amused by this brochure. If I saw a bus full of people smiling as someone got their ticket checked I would be afraid, very afraid.

My nails, the photo doesn't quite show the colour of the base colour very well. It's much lighter, more of a light tuape grey brown.

At least I finished my physics prac an hour early today. Yay.

Love Lisa.

Dentist and a torn nail

My GEO Perfect Chocolate BC-102 lenses arrived a few days ago.
To give a timeline of events:
3rd May - Paid via paypal
Mid to end of May - the batch closed
26th June - Batch #24 arrived
28th June - My lenses were posted
3rd July - Lenses received in perfect condition and the anti-fake geo sticker has been verified online.

I purchased them from Geosupplier, yes there is a lack of up-to-date, consistent updates and replies to emails. You need patience, a lot of it. So if you don't want to wait possibly 2months+ (and not hear any/many updates) then consider spending about $5-10 more and purchase from a different website.

I'll have some photos up soon, they're completely natural looking. I love love looove them.

Today I went to the dentist, for a regular checkup/clean. Our normal dentist, Dr Peace has moved interstate (or overseas, I'm not sure which) so we went with the next available dentist. Dr Ting, she was pretty young, in her mid to late twenties at most. But she did a good job and wasn't rough like some of the dentists many years ago that left my gums bloody and teeth not thoroughly clean. As per usual I was told my brushing was fine but I needed to floss more. Alright, mission to floss daily instead of skipping days!

Not all that long ago my left thumb nail had a tiny split in it around half way down my nail length. It didn't seem all that bad until today I was doing something, getting out of the car and my nail must have caught onto something and it tore about half way along my nail bed, which absolutely killed.
I haven't grown out my nails in a while, I mean they're of moderate length but I like the look of them painted when the distal edge is about 5-7mm long (haha i know very precise)

**UPDATE**
I am have found a potential fix to my nails, I'll give it a few days and see if it holds before telling you a method that doesn't work.

Love Lisa.

Denist & Optometrist

7 massively swollen mosquito bites are about to drive me insane as I stare at a cup holding an old teabag growing a nice forest of mould. The spores are out to get me.

Went to the dentist this morning. Then had an optometrist appointment, my eyes are now:
L: 1.75
R: 1.25
New glasses will be ready by the end of the week :D

Last year another optometrist said i was 1.00 in both eyes, but I knew that was a lie since the year before that I was 1.00 and 1.25, crazy woman.
