NOTW: Festive Nails #2

Ooh my bad I forgot to even take proper pictures of my nails before they chipped like crazy, but here's the one off my phone. If you follow me on twitter you would have seen already. Speaking of which, follow me on twitter! If you have twitter that is, I actually update fairly often. I was quite proud of this creation.

My nails have been chopped down quite a bit since that photo was taken, they were getting annoyingly long not to mention the right index finger started to break the tiniest bit into my nail bed so I cut it pretty short.

Christmas Dinner @ Emily's

Rerun of last year's Christmas shenanigan's at Emily's house. It was great catching up with high school friends, even though many I do not see on a regular basis, I still feel comfortable around them. We had a bbq and an assortment of desserts, yum!

Oh and some of my friends like my nails (previous post), which is reassuring because I've gone through days of hating them and thinking it was the worst decision to paint them like that. Well they've chipped pretty badly now (probably not that bad if I asked a normal person). But I've become obsessed with having chip free, smooth nail polish. So my next Christmas nails should be up in a few days.

Makeup and hair for the night (hair looks brown due to me forgetting that i bumped up the power level of the flash)

NOTW: Festive Nails #1

OPI I'm Not Really a Waitress, CG Medallion

Eh, the glitter is layered very sloppily, I'm not happy with it but when you choose to remove your previous mani and redo your nails at 2am, the fumes from the remover, base, 2 different polishes and top coat become overwhelming.

I'll be doing different Christmas nails next week :)

Boxing Day

New glasses.

Chadstone @ 7.30am, was meant to get there at 6, but of course no one in my family was awake but me, of course. Sigh.
Met up with Daniel for a while :) and bought him a shirt that he had previously picked out :D weoo finally a 'christmas' present, if it can be considered that on Boxing day haha.
Saw Kevin & Anthony..well didn't recognise them until they were about 2m away from me.
Bought wedge heeled strappy boots (my description sounds excessive), I'll take a photo some day.
Michael bought a Samsonite cosmolite suitcase, originally 700, and 40% off that :)
Mum bought 2 pairs of bathers.
Ate maccas.
Umm then there was some aimless wandering, eventually bought some earrings and rings at Diva for a total of $10.
There was me sitting outside Myer on the floor for about half an hour, being stared at because i was sitting next too a luggage case, people probably thought i was some fob using it as my shopping trolley. (which in a sense it did serve as that purpose)
Then went to Cath's before dinner to pick up the delivery ;D and get some 90210 off her.

How Quickly Things Change

Mmm emo last post, whatever, I felt emo enough. My life is bi polar, and definitely not by choice.

BUUT :D
Went to Zinta's for our Christmas Lunch.
Dad and I had to leave the house early because the Unit next to us is being auctioned off.
Well we didn't have to, but there'd be an influx of people/cars. So we thought it would be smart to go before that.
But then I was waay early, so me and dad roamed the streets, gangster style.
Yeah and here are some photos.. LOL (they'll be up sometime)

Made it to zintas, brought some of dad's famous pasta salad, which I half helped make haha.
It ended up being Zinta, Paul, Cath, Gen, Sylvia, Jenny Nguyen, Jenny Han and me :)
There was much making of fairy bread, barbequeing of lamb chops, steak and suasages.
Then there was pavlova and chocolate crackles for dessert.
Also, Jenny bought a bucket of honey soy chicken wings, drool drool drool.

We talked for many a hour.
We ate for many a hour.

Photos up soon :)

Oh and onto the auctioning of the unit next to us, the neighbour that lives there is this cute Scottish old lady, Betty, with 2 dogs, that may drive me insane at times with there incessant barking when I'm trying to sleep. But other than that she's cool, she gives us lemons, and other stuff :)
But I think whoever won the auction is planning on moving in themselves instead of having it as an investment property, so she will be forced out. I hope she stays strong, but I would bawl my eyes out, she's been there for so many years.

My outfit was a weird clash.
