*never ending steam of updates here
Yeah sorry other posts are on hiatus. Don't want the world to think I'm insane even if I am.
Forgive me that I don't want to annoy you with my whining, why do you want to hear about my loneliness, about how much I don't understand?
There's not even a specific event or person I need to attribute my feelings to any more. All I need is silence, one moment of silence and the throbbing pain is back. The cold empty longing, the longing for no reason that I can explain anymore.
I have done next to nothing today. I know I might be able to distract myself once I started with work, but picking up a pen seems far too difficult. I'd rather sit and wallow in self pity. I'll take the easy option for once.
Aww I love my parents, they've always been on my case so how could I not expect them to see that something's up.
And they walk into my room both wearing black leather jackets and dad's like, yeah we're the mafia.
Hahahah, how could I not smile at that, and just like that I forgot what I felt for a minute or two.
I take back what I said, I'm not alone at home, I just don't let myself see how much they care. This is why my mum always tried to protect me, I could tell all, spill all, but I literally could not explain it all.
Honesty honesty, I speak about it, I speak of trust, but I had my own web of lies, but that was created for you, so I could be with you. The difference is, I didn't deceive you.
Does that mean I have no right to moan on and on about how you should have told me?
I don't know.
On a side note, my brother too.
He helps me so much, and he is an adult, he has his own life. I definitely don't thank him enough.

Formal Dress Success & Costo
I didn't realise until after I posted it as my status that it rhymed.
Saturday
Firstly, massive thankyou to Tracey who helped me out while trying on dresses! :) (I sound like I'm making a speech after receiving an award)
I'll put up pictures, maybe, don't know. Don't want to give it away but at the same time I really want to show everyone aha :D
Anyway, it took me 2 hours to decide.
I hear that Mystique Boutique in Balwyn was having a sale. So seeing as I really needed a dress I decided to go have a look.
Asking Tracey where it was, she said she would come with (aww) :)
I got there earlier than I expected and began to grab every dress in my size that look at least okay.
My brother drove me there straight from chinese, and he looked bored so I told him to do his own thing, I'd be 30minutes or so (he was shocked that i was take that long ^o) haha)
I've learnt that the most unthinkably horrendous dresses can look really nice when they're actually on you. Same as for dresses that don't suit others can suit you perfectly.
By the time Tracey found me, I was in the change rooms, already with 10 dresses to try on. Eventually sifted through and found four of my favourites.
Surprisingly they were all black, but it was the only colour they had in those styles (that were left).
Nothing against black dresses, it's just so..common. But whatever, I'm happy.
I was going to put them on hold for a few hours and then get my mum to come have a look, but they couldn't put them on hold because they were on sale :(
So then had to call my brother to call my mum (couldn't get through to her myself) and see if she could come now.
Luckily dad was already home and drove her there, while my bro went home (I feel terrible I kept him waiting for an hour).
Mum came quite quickly and one hour later, I had my formal dress..plus another one LOL.
Yeah but in my defence the other was $39 and semi formal. Hehe.
Oh there was one really nice shop assistant, one who gave over the top compliments (which is still nice) and one that was more bitchy. Hmm.
The bitchy one didn't seem impressed that I just hung around with the dresses until my mum came.
Sunday
This morning I went to Costo with my mum and bro and man, is it massive in there. We discovered the photo centre there as well, decided to test out a few prints to see the quality, pretty handy I had my camera and therefore my SD card :)
Everything is so amazing there, like the size of the bulk packaging and the overall range. I think we only look at a half to 2/3 of the whole warehouse today and that took hours.
Some of the things we bought were Jack Daniels BBQ sauce (if you've been to TGIs you'll know how good it is, mm baby back ribs), chilli sauce and bagels (yesss). Oh also, value pack of aspirin (aspirin mask time ;D)

Picked up the photos and found that the quality wasn't bad at all, though there's a noticeable contrast and slight saturation boost. Hmm.
Overall, Costco is cheap, but you still spend quite a bit, and I don't mean for more purchases either.
See at Costco you see all this shit that's normally like 100 bucks but is now $50, so you're like ohh wow awesome deal, let's get it...while if you didn't see that deal at all maybe you would have bought something only $30, if that makes sense.
Photos later :)
Wasted way too much time today, time to do homework like mad,
Love Lisa.

Photography: Underwater & Rankin
Ruud Baan

Zena Holloway

Barbara Cole

Candice

I don't understand how Kiera Knightly (and everyone else) manages to look so composed underwater.
Eugenio Recuenco

Rankin (I'm surprised if I haven't mentioned him before now)

As you can see, I really love Rankin. Since he often photographs celebs, I would want to be famous, just so I could be in his work.

Friday Shenanigans
So here is the story:
On Friday I planned to chill with sylvia because i have not seen her for almost 2 weeks, shit :( and I missed her like crazy.
I was meeting her at her tram stop outside Kew Traffic School, cept no one was home to drive me, and my blister was still a raging painful bitch.
Therefore had to hobble my way to the 70 tram, then limp off that to the 72 and then hop my way off that and onto the next 109.
The process took about 45mins, which is less than I expected :D
At Smith St we had lunch at Trippy Taco, I had a quesidilla and Sylvia, a burrito mm.
Unfortunately the burrito was served in a basket-like thing and the sauce dripped through the table onto her jeans.
Went to clean and came out with patches of water hahaha aww
Walked back to the tram stop. Lo and behold who did Sylvia see, Tracey and Jake also walking to the stop :O
Tracey then showed us Jake's concession card, and I'll just say, something went wrong when they laminated it.
It disfigured the photo into a hilarious almost unhuman face :D
Tracey couldn't stop laughing.
In the city we decided to visit Jenny, Paul and Cath, who were all at state studying.
Said hi to Kelvin outside of state, hadn't seen him in ages and bumped into Clement (Lemon) in state :)
We kinda destroyed their studying vibe when we rampaged into their area.
Tracey & Jake went on their way and we went on a hunt for fruit salad in MC. FInding some, we went to take some photos in our old spot ;)
The elevator there is always screwy, thank god for sylvia otherwise I would have been really spooked LOL
Afterwards found a nice cafe/restaurant(forgot it's name) but it's on the Elizabeth side of MC, had a lime and bitters & lemon cooler tea.

And since then, school has been alright, but it always is at the start of term.
Got my chem, physics and chinese SACs back. Very content with chem and chinese, physics wasn't that great but I didn't expect much more from it.
Still waiting on our English SAC ooh, I'm so nervous to see it, it really depends on whether my teacher will buy more bullshit again or realise how insanely I write about irrelevant (but not to me) references.
Love Lisa.
PS. Maybe you know me maybe you don't, just for your knowledge, I probably write twice as many posts as the ones you see, ie. that I publish. Some are boring, some are over the top ranting and others well, I wouldn't want my family seeing them if they ever happen to stumble across my blog. Yes, I am always on my guard and cautious, that's how I roll.

Olympic Ice Skating Rink
Went Ice Skating today.
I drove there and on the way, my dad had a panic attack because we were on Warrigal Road and there was a massive semi trailer next to me.
He kept saying 'okay okay, don't stress, DON'T FREAK OUT STAY CALM'
Ha really, dad, I don't think I'm the one you should be telling that to :P
Got there a little early but soon Tracey, Jake and Cath were there, along with Amy :)
It was like dejavu being in there, I used to do lessons therefore went there once a week for half a year (I think).
Then Jake's friend Alex came and then Pauline, wait I'm not sure who came before who but :D
Ate a potato cake and shared a bag of potato gems with Cath and Paul mmm.
Everyone kept getting tomato sauce on them haha. Thankgod I didnt, since I had a white jumper on.
Afterwards I bussed to Box Hill with Cath, having a loong talk with her (it was a long bus ride).
Bought a Chocolate Cookie Puff (wait is that what it's called) from Puffy.
Then, met up with my parents outside Coles haha.
Came home to discover one bitching blister on the right side of my left foot LOL
Even worse, you know how blisters kinda have that layer of skin that's detached but still there.
Yeah that bit of skin was more or less gone so it was just a gaping red area of raw skin, about the size of a 20cent coin if not bigger. Miam mian.
I would have taken a photo (ahahha seriously it was gross but amazingly huge) but mum was quick to bandaid it up for me.
So, since 5pm I have been cunctating..LMFAO wow that sounds wrong but trust me, we all do it ;)
It was good to escape my thoughts for a while,
Love Lisa.
