Valentines Day + Presents

This was my second Valentines with Daniel and this might seem a little odd to some, but to me this day was perfect.

For weeks I had been begging him to take me to eat ribs, initially we were going to go to TGI's, since that was the only place we knew of that had the kind of ribs I wanted (bbq and saucy). But then lo and behold Daniel found out about a place in Caufield named Big Boy BBQ (I loled at the name), it basically specialises in american style bbq meats. It had good reviews so we had to go there.



We sat outside since all the booths inside were taken and besides, it was a nice warm evening and we got to pat a really cute and happy doggie.

While waiting for our food to come we were given a basked of sauces, a whole roll of paper towel and a bucket for the bones. Haha things were going to get messy!


We ordered 'the Little Boy', which consisted of: pulled lamb shoulder, saucy beef brisket and half rack of lamb ribs with 2 regular sides. Daniel did end up letting me eat the majority of the ribs and it was delicious, but ever so fattening. But still delicious ;) Probably not for anyone who doesn't like fatty foods. Damn look at the sauce on those ribs! I'm salivating at the picture. Also those fries were amazing, I don't know what kind of herbs or spices or oils they were cooked it but it was so good.


What I laughed at was apparently a couple walked past us and said 'that smells good' then came back and ordered food from Big Boy BBQ. We were bringing in the customers!

All done, the aftermath. I have Daniel to thank for the food baby I ended up with :3


I realised I forgot to ever blog about my Christmas presents from Daniel! Here there are, a watch from fossil (how pretty is it! and he picked it), a santa rilakkuma and the last isn't a Christmas present but he one it for me from one of those claw games on the day of my haircut :P But how adorable is mini totoro? He is so tiny,  less than 10cm high hehe

Birthday Galore

But I really don't have time to go in depth about anything right now.
Basically Saturday night was so fun :D even though it didn't turn out completely as planned, I had everything I wanted ♥
We forgot to cut the cake though noo, and it is SUCH good cake );

Let's see present-wise I received:
-Jacket
-Book, Picture of Dorian Gray
-Shoes ♥
-Polarising Filter
-Champagne Flute
-Pen/Keyring combo
-Earrings
-Nail Polish
-Money
-Ticket to Urban Funk WEOOO
& apparently more on the way... :))

Then Melbourne Uni Day was alright I guess, considering the terrible weather (which I did not anticipate and therefore was not prepared for)but as I have said, I oddly enjoy rain and walking in the rain...but not if I intend on going somewhere and actually looking good.
We missed out on free nutrient water and apparently free condoms from the Nando's stand (I'm still confused about that) but I guess 2 bags of free popcorn will have to suffice.
Next, maxituning..of course, but not me, since I can't do real time games, I get stressed in such situations.
And Hungry Jacks for a late lunch yumyum.

Friday the 13th

However, quite the contrary to popular belief, my Friday the 13th has been sweet as since I got to spend half the day with my bitch ;)
And I was in an oddly good mood for chem when I got back to school, I could not stop laughing at the stories Kate told about Mr Nicoll, I was in tears.

Not to mention the fact tonight is the eve of entrance into womanhood LOL.

Only things I can recall in my week thus far:
-Physics SAC...err possibly very shit possibly okay?
-Spesh SAC, terrible, did not at least 1/3 of the sac itself...if I get over 50% I will be fairly surprised
-Jenny's studio art photos of Sylvia looked amazing (of course) therefore I need her to model for me in the holidays ;D

Random thoughts, imagine if they don't accept my id tomorrow night, even though it's really me and legit, my hair just looks quite different to what it was 2 years ago and I'm doing a closed mouth smile..which is not how I usually smile..hmm

To Do:
-card
-present (part I,II,III)
-charge camera
-clear memory card
-pack shit for tomorrow
-find scanner
-give sylvia the last part of her present on monday
-do nails

OOH thank you to gen for the cupcakes, they were so good mmm ;D

I'm Hooked

Online shopping was a success!

And it arrived in less than a week holy shiet.

But the main part of Sylvia's present will only arrive later as the day before I ordered it it sold out but was back ordered (thankgod for that at least)...and yes her birthday was a month ago, I'M SORRY D;

Thus Spoke Zarathustra

Wasted half my day.
But the other half was at Chaddy getting Dad his belated bday present.
We were going to get him this Tommy Hilfiger zip up jacket but in the end it was a pull over knit with 1/4 zip :)
Pretty suave on me old man haha.

He pretended like he didn't like it because it was expensive. But we could see straight through that facade ;D

Rest of the day was whittled away doing next to nothing productive.

Oh bought 'The Adventures of Sherlock Holmes' to read, and so far it seems to be similar to the most recent movie.
I like.

Should sleep soon since mum woke me up at 8am :( Thus meaning I only got to sleep >5hours straight.
